韩蕾，女，1977年生，博士，工程师，分别于2002年和2006年在哈尔滨师范大学环境学院获得了理学学士和理学硕士学位，2006年考入哈尔滨工业大学市政与环境工程学院，从事光催化材料制备与水处理技术研究，2010年博士毕业并分配到大连交通大学环境与化学工程学院。
